Installation process: marking and positioning → aluminum alloy doors and windows covered with water → anti-corrosion treatment → aluminum alloy doors and windows installed in place → aluminum alloy windows fixed → door and window frame and wall clearance treatment → door and window sash and door and window glass installation → installation of hardware accessories .
1. Scribe positioning
(1) According to the installation position, size and elevation of the doors and windows in the design drawings, measure the edge lines of the doors and windows to both sides according to the center line of the doors and windows. If it is a multi-storey or high-rise building, take the edge of the top door and window as the criterion, use a wire pendant or theodolite to guide the edge of the door and window, and mark the door and window of each floor.
(2) The horizontal position of doors and windows should be based on the horizontal line of +50cm in the floor room. Each layer must maintain the same level of sub-window skin.
2. Aluminum alloy window covering water installation
Fix the water on the aluminum alloy window according to the requirements of the construction drawings, and ensure that the position is correct and the installation is firm.
3. Anticorrosion treatment
(1) When the anti-corrosion treatment design of the outer surface around the door and window frame is required, it shall be treated according to the design requirements. If the design does not require it, it can be painted with anti-corrosion paint or pasted with plastic film for protection, so as to prevent the cement mortar from directly contacting the surface of aluminum alloy doors and windows, resulting in electrochemical reaction and corrosion of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
(2) When installing aluminum alloy doors and windows, if connecting iron parts are used for fixing, it is best to use stainless steel parts for installation metal parts such as connecting iron parts and fixing parts. Otherwise, anti-corrosion treatment must be carried out to avoid electrochemical reaction and corrosion of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
4. Installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows in place
Install the aluminum alloy door and window frame according to the drawn door and window positioning line. And timely adjust the horizontal, vertical and diagonal lengths of door and window frames to meet the quality standards, and then temporarily fix them with wooden wedges.
5. Fixing of aluminum alloy doors and windows
(1) When there are iron parts embedded in the wall, the iron feet of aluminum alloy doors and windows can be directly welded to the embedded iron parts on the wall, and the welding places need to be treated with anti-rust treatment.
(2) When there are no pre-embedded iron parts on the wall, metal expansion bolts or plastic expansion bolts can be used to fix the iron feet of aluminum alloy doors and windows to the wall.
(3) When there are no pre-embedded iron parts on the wall, an electric drill can also be used to drill a hole with a depth of 80mm and a diameter of 6mm on the wall, and use L-shaped 80mm × 50mm 6rmn steel bars. Stick 108 grout on the long end and drive it into the hole. After the 108 cement paste is finally set, the iron feet of the aluminum alloy doors and windows are welded firmly with the embedded 6mm steel bars.
6. Treatment of the gap between the door and window frame and the wall
(1) After the aluminum alloy doors and windows are installed and fixed, the concealed engineering acceptance should be carried out first, and the gap between the door and window frame and the wall should be dealt with in time according to the design requirements after passing the qualification.
(2) If the design does not require it, elastic insulation materials or glass wool felt strips can be used to fill the gaps in layers, and 5~8mm deep grooves are left on the outer surface to fill the caulking ointment or sealant.
7. Installation of door and window sash and door and window glass
(1) Door and window sashes and door and window glass should be installed after the completion and acceptance of the wall surface decoration of the opening.
(2) After the sliding doors and windows are installed and fixed in the door and window frame, the door and window sash with the glass is installed as a whole into the chute in the frame, and the gap with the sash can be adjusted.
(3) The casement doors and windows are assembled on the wall with the frame and the fan frame, installed and fixed, and then the glass is installed, that is, the gap between the frame and the fan is adjusted first, then the glass is installed in the fan and adjusted in position, and finally the sealing strip and sealant.
(4) The floor spring door should be installed and fixed after the door frame and the floor spring main engine are installed and fixed, and then the door fan should be installed. First, insert the glass into the frame of the door leaf and put it into the frame together, adjust the gap of the frame leaf, and finally fill in the sealing strip and sealant of the glass of the door leaf.
